Danny was great and answered my questions about a car I had seen on the lot when I called to see if it was still there. It was getting late and I had just gotten off work and he made me feel good about coming on in, he even refered John as my sales person...and John was very pleasant, helpful, freindly and really made us feel comfortable...Even Josh when we was doing the finacial side was so helpful and funny...I have to say that it was truely a wonderful experience. There was others that I talked during my visit that was helpful and very pleasant to be around too. Its truely a rare find to have such a wonderful team working together to give customers a true WOW!!! experiance...thank you again to everyone at Koon's.

We had already test driven a RAV4 and been to two other Toyota dealers before visiting Koons in Annapolis. We dealt primarly with Chuck Hicks who was very nice. The net price we agreed to pay after trade-in was just below what was offered at another dealer. Chuck, Karen Williams, and the entire staff at Koons were so pleasant and accomodating we decided to buy. To date we are very pleased with our new RAV4 and our experience with Koons.

We went to Koons Toyota in Annapolis to look at a 2011 RAV4. Our salesman was Chuck Hicks. Chuck was friendly and warm and made us instantly comfortable. There was no high pressure sales pitch coming from him at all. He spent a great deal of time with us showing us every detail of how the RAV 4 worked and answered our every question. He was knowledgeable and likeable. He worked with us to get us a deal we were very happy with.
What started out for us as 'just looking' ended up with us being entirely sold on the RAV4, so we paid cash and bought it.
We were entirely impressed with the way the RAV4 was prepped, tagged and ready for us to drive home when we were done filling out the paperwork. It was a seamless delivery. Jeff, who took care of the legal paperwork, was nice to work with too.
For an situation that can be stressful and contentious, this car buying experience at Koons was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership and Chuck HIcks in particular.

I got first class treatment at Koons. Lawrence went the extra mile, with speedy courteous responses via email and telephone, reliability unmatched by any other I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the various options and features, I now know the difference between a v6 and a 4 cyclinder. He even, without prompting, returned my tags to the MVA, while I was on travel due to a family emergency. This dealership and Lawrence remain highly recommended.

Every aspect of the experience with Koons Toyota is excellent. It always has been. We've purchased two cars from Koons Toyota. The second one was because of the excellent service we received from Wayne. Now we have Jackie as our contact and she's professional, friendly and knowledgeable. All questions are quickly answered, no putting us on hold to check an answer. She knows her business and offers insight that helps us make decisions regarding the repairs we need. The receptionists at the service center were extremely friendly even though they were busy. They took the time to answer questions with big smiles. Love them. All around great service in a beautiful environment.

I recently purchased a used car from your dealership and the experience was excellent. Dennis Weaver (not the actor) and Gary our sales person were both great to work with. My wife, who does not like to make quick decisions, cane to a decision to purchase the car because of the confidence and trust we had in there two gentlemen. I feel 100% comfortable with the car and the deal because I thought these guys were honest and looking out for me, the customer. I would recommend them and your dealership to anyone who asked my opinion. We bought a used truck from Koons 8 years ago and had a similar experience. So, right now, as of this date you are batting 1000 with me.

My 2nd purchase from Koons Toyota, both experiences were outstanding.On both occasions I knew exactly what I wanted, they provided without excess pressure, price was set, finance offered in polite and friendly manner not excessive pressure to purchase this or extra that. Extra warranties offered and explained before final sale.
Yes I would recommend Koons to anyone shopping for new or used.

Mark and Jared did a great job in selling me a 2006 Mini Cooper for my wife's 50th Birthday. They were willing to come down a bit on price and gave me a decent price on my 1994 Honda Accord Trade-in. Mark and Jared fixed me up with a giant bow to place on the Mini hood to surprise my wife at the restaurant. Mark drove the car to the restaurant for me and offered to be there to place the bow and take photos of the event. These folks went way out of their way to make this occasion special. Price, customer service, personality, they had it all! Plus, all the information about the vehicle (including Car Fax) was online for me to research before hand. All in all, a great customer experience. Oh, and my wife Loved the Surprise and Mini :*)! Thanks Koons!

My experience with Koons Toyota of Annapolis and Jared have been outstanding. My company buys all of their fleet cars from Jared so I stopped by and expressed interest in a 4Runner, the only used one on the lot was white and I wasn't so interested. Later that day a Black 4Runner was returned to the lot coming off lease. Jared called me immediately to let me know that something else had come in. Knowing how difficult it is to find the exact used car you're looking for I went and checked it out the next day he was available. Jared was great! He showed me all the features the vehicle had and wasn't pushy. He got the car ready for purchase very quickly and the process was painless. I will be buying all my future cars from him!
